Felixstowe Coastal 10 mile

Paul Horne reports back on the Felixstowe Coastal 10 mile:

‘The furthest I have run for 18 months since my most recent calf tear. I started too fast (7:20) as my brain still thinks I can run properly. The good news was I settled myself down to a sensible pace and hung on to a time somewhere inside 85 minutes (I think). I finished and clicked my watch but when I got home I discovered the watch battery had finally gone flat. I will have to wait for the official time. At least I managed 10 miles of running which feels good again. If anyone fancies a nice 10 mile course mostly along the seaside promenade then take a look at this one for next year.’
